2026 Editor’s Picks: Top 12 Trader Joe’s Wines Under $10 You’ll Actually Love!

Trader Joe's lined up in a row

Editor’s Pick?

That’s me! I’ve even added links to my YouTube videos when we tasted some of them. How great is that?

Value out the Wazoo?

ABSOLUTELY!

First of all, I could have added 20 more great value wines to this list.

They may not have been my absolute favorites, but still really good. I had to limit it. (There are actually 14 bottles in the above picture. Stay tuned for a post about them.)

For those of you who don’t know, I do not have a Trader Joe’s wine store near me. When I shop, I go big.

I have a post when I had a six case wine haul. All related posts will be listed at the end.

I really held back with this latest trip. Hahahaha! This most recent one was almost 4 cases:

Trader Joe's wines piled in cases in a shopping cart

You can’t see it but there are actually 2 empty spots in these cases! See, I did show restraint!

There are a lot of great choices.

I am sure other people have their own favorites.

If you have suggestions, please leave them in the comments. I will see if I can get them next time I find myself near a Trader Joe’s wine shop.

The idea for this post and the YouTube Video linked within it began when I mentioned to someone about how great Trader Joe’s wines are. She mentioned that she wouldn’t know what to buy there.

Too many people feel that you cannot get a decent bottle of wine for under $10. This list is their starter guide.

Will every wine appeal to everyone? Nope. People’s tastes vary. It’s a good start though!

Soave Classico wine from Trader Joe's

Soave Classico. $5.99

12% ABV (alcohol by volume)

Soave wines have gotten more popular in recent years. The quality has improved as well. Classico designation means grapes come from a smaller area which can be better quality. The grape is Garganega should you care. Want to know more? Click here for a more detailed post.

Pinot Grigio rosé wine from Trader Joe's

Pinot Grigio Rosé $6.49

12% ABV

This was a shocker for me! I don’t normally love Pinot Grigio. This rosé made from Pinot Gris grapes was our favorite. Here’s the YouTube video link .

Muscadet wine from Trader Joe's

Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie (11.5% ABV)

This dry white wine is delicious alone or as a great match with fish and shellfish. If you can find it, it is usually reasonably priced in many wine stores. I describe this wine as a hidden gem. Read more about it here. Or watch a video about it here.

Cava sparkling wine from Trader Joe's

M. Chevalier Carte Noir Brut Cava $8.99 (11.5% ABV)

Now you can comfortably shop for some or all of these wines the next time you buy Trader Joe’s wines. NONE of them have the Trader Joe’s designation on the bottle.
